About Us

About Us

Lived experience. Professional experience. A different way of seeing neurodivergence.

We founded Neuro-Divergent UK from a simple belief:

Understanding yourself can change the direction of your life.

Our work brings together lived experience of neurodivergence with decades of experience in education, personal development, wellbeing, social enterprise and community programmes.

Rather than viewing neurodivergence only through deficits and difficulties, Our work explores the whole person:

How they think.
How they process.
How they feel.
How they regulate.
How they communicate.
What they’re good at.
What matters to them.
And what kind of life they want to create.

Neuro-Divergent UK grew from that vision.

A place where neurodivergent people aren’t simply told what they struggle with.

They are helped to understand who they are, what they need and what they can become.

About Us

Our Story

Neurodivergents UK was founded to address the gap between traditional systems and the real needs of neurodivergent individuals.

Too often, people are misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or   unsupported. We exist to change that—by building services designed with neurodivergent people, not just for them.
